Tranquil Living Remodel
Niagara Escarpment is a full first and second-floor remodel that transformed an outdated layout into a calm, modern retreat. By reworking the home's architecture and flow, we relocated the main staircase, expanded the kitchen to incorporate a private butler's pantry, repositioned doorways, and removed dated angles throughout the home, creating a more intentional and functional experience.
The transformation wasn't simply about updating finishes - it was about creating a home that feels more intuitive to live in. Thoughtful architectural changes, layered natural materials, and a calming palette work together to create spaces that flow seamlessly from one to the next, offering a home that feels both beautifully refined and deeply welcoming.
